This Broadway transfer was previewed in the UK with a three-week tour of Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh, with some cast differences.
Guy Middleton and Penelope Dudley Ward were listed in the Edinburgh programme, but reviews – eg, in The Scotsman, 7th September 1937 (page 14) – still referred to Basil Langton and Elizabeth Nolan.
