London premiere of Lucienne Hill’s translation of Jean Anouilh’s LA VALSE DES TOREADORS. This production transferred directly to the Criterion Theatre [qv], running until the end of November 1957. The combined West End run (Arts and Criterion) achieved 700 performances.
