Jokers
The method of working did not follow the usually accepted pattern. It was important that all participant, actors, designers, writers & musicians should contribute equally to the production. The actors introduction to the piece was an outline of the character they were to play. After a weeks improvisation a first draft arrived, this was then worked upon for a further three weeks by all participants resulting in the play which the audiences saw. Before its run in the Crucible it toured community venues starting at the Cudworth Youth Centre.
