Kinky Boots is a new musical based on the 2005 of the same name.
With a book by Harvey Fierstein, plus music and lyrics from pop star Cyndi Lauper, Kinky Boots is one of the most acclaimed new musicals. The show won two Tony Awards.
The story is based on real life events and follows a young man in charge of a failing shoe factory. Sales are almost non existent until he teams up with an unlikely partner to manufacture controversial “kinky boots”
