Last five observations
- To National Theatre at the Young Vic production of Timesneeze, by David Campton, Jeanetta Cochrane Theatre, started 7th March 1970: “My sister & I were frogmarched to the Jeanetta Chochrane to take part at some unholy hour of the morning of the 7th. Me 13, Lucy 12. Many hours later, we had to be dragged away kicking & screaming. I blame that day, Nicky Henson & Denise Coffey solely for the next 35 odd years of my life in theatre & the events industry, from sweeping the stage at Richmond for a fiver on a Sunday, to production managing some fairly grown up shows, I’ve had a ball & can only thank Timesneeze for proving that I should never be let loose in front of an audience, but that the occult that is stage management is much more fun.”
