The Point!
The Point! has been staged as a play a number of times.
Esquire Jauchem adapted Harry Nilsson’s The Point! for the Boston Repertory Theater stage in 1975.
In 1976 and 1977, Micky Dolenz and Davy Jones (both formerly of The Monkees) starred in a play based on The Point! at the Mermaid Theatre in London, England. Colin Bennett directed the play and a cast album of the songs was released.
In 1991 Esquire Jauchem’s play was revived at the Chapel Court Theater of the Hollywood United Methodist Church with choreography by Janet Eilber.
