Tufff…

Conceived to inform and educate, coincide with and support the International Year of Disabled Persons (IYDP).
In concert with the United Nations year call for a plan of action with an emphasis on equalization of opportunities, rehabilitation and prevention of disabilities this production purposed to raise awareness of issues and challenges faced by the disabled, and address discriminatory prejudice. Along with the full length main-stage performance, an extensive physical obstacle course simulated the every day challenges and limitations faced by people of disparate disabilities whilst attempting to go about day to day life that able bodied people take for granted. Afterwards audience members were able to engage in discussion and Q&A with the actors, company creators and spokespeople of the local IYDP committee and disabled community.
