The Hour and the Woman
Premiere of a new melodrama about a delusional Irish maid who conceives a baby when seducing a doctor away from his infertile wife.
Authorship on this occasion was attributed to Eugene Hamilton. A subsequent tour (qv) used another pseudonym, Gustav Salou, but the true author appears to have been producer-director David Kirk.
