Farce about fireworks, fascism and leather pants. Georges Duclos, corrupt mayor of a blighted Parisian suburb (who talks in couplets) sparks mayhem by banning Islamic festivities. Between bonking Sarkozy and the police chief, his ex-wife plots political ascent.
