Bebo or Not to Bebo
Created in the present climate – with the Internet bypassing television as the number one youth entertainment – ‘Bebo or Not to Bebo’ is a new, humorous and thought-provoking play by Spanner in the Works Theatre Company. The piece explores the good, bad and ugly side of community Internet sites such as Facebook and Bebo. Renowned for her ability to confront the truth and produce raw and memorable drama, Patricia Downey once again harnesses another world – this time the cyber world – and puts it slap bang on the stage for all to see.
