Neon Bible Project

In an age transfixed by speed, when is there time to assemble memories? Arcade Fire’s music is marked by theatricality and energy; their album ‘Neon Bible’ is no exception. With permission from the band, their music is used with mask, movement and stark visuals and set against an apocalyptic landscape where a mysterious corporation reigns and where sleep is a sign of weakness. With shades of ‘1984’, ‘the Terminator’ and ‘Wall-E’, this piece of physical theatre allows 21 young actors to explore our post-modern world. Plug in, recharge, disconnect.
