What Anne Brought Home
This was a ‘special guest star’ week, the guest star being William Hartnell. A week later, from 6th to 11th February, Hartnell played the same role for the Patrick Laurence Repertory Company at the Capitol Theatre, Didsbury, with Ruth Carbutt as Anne. He then went into rehearsals for SEAGULLS OVER SORRENTO and stayed with it for four years.
