Hurried Steps

**In the Strathcona Building**

Hurried Steps is a powerful 60 minute performance followed by a discussion between a panel of fieldworkers and experts with members of the audience. The renowned Italian Playwright Dacia Maraini, who will take part in the post-show discussion, has used Amnesty testimonies to write eight stories which expose the global experience of violence against women. These performances are presented in November to mark The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. & Amnesty International’s Stop Violence Against Women campaign. FREE
