Prolific spoken word artist Adisa, explores one of the most profound years of the 20th century, 1968, and its relationship with the present.

Based on the theme of revolution, Renaissance One explores the voices and movements of 1968, drawing inspirations from Folk, Reggae, Soul, Afrobeat and Pop Music of the time.

The piece considers matters of identity, citizenship, choice, free will and leadership and with key links to the National Curriculum; it is an ideal piece for school groups.
