Children’s comic, poet and author Ian Billings has been at the forefront of children’s entertainment for over twenty years. 2007 saw the publication of two new children’s books from Macmillan and the premiere of his stand-up comedy show “Talking Pants!” at Edinburgh Festival Fringe – and now he’s here with his brand new show – “Ian Billings – Out of His Mind!”
