One stormy night, thunder booms, making a small girl cry in fear! The award-winning Framingham High School Drama Company from Massachusetts presents this lively multicultural musical following TiMoune, the beautiful peasant girl, on a journey led by four powerful gods, to her love the wealthy Daniel. Based on the tale ‘Little Mermaid’ the show features contemporary Caribbean music, dance, flowing material, masks, kites and percussion! 58 talented performers onstage create everything from trees to raging rainstorms as the world is created through creative movement and drama! A story of life, love, faith and hope.
