Pharaoh’s Footsteps
Part of the First Stages series
*For ages 7 to 11*
In this highly participatory performance, children become tomb-workers ritually sealing the tomb of Tutankhamen. Then, 3000 years later in 1921, they become reporters witnessing archaeologist Howard Carter rediscover the long lost tomb.
They celebrate the find of the century until they discover that Carter has stolen an item from the great treasury…what price will they pay?
