Under Milk Wood

Listen. It is night moving in the streets, the processional salt slow musical wind in Coronation Street and Cockle Row. You can hear the dew falling, the invisible starfall, and the hushed town breathing. Only your eyes are unclosed, to see the black and folded town fast, and slow, asleep.

Dylan Thomas’ magnificent play for voices is brought to the live stage by a professional ensemble of five actor musicians. Humorous and serious, vital and frivolous, fast and languid – Under Milk Wood earns its place as the most famous poetic work by a Welsh artist.
