The Rocky Horror Show
Second London (West End) production
The Rocky Horror Show transferred to the 820-seat Comedy Theatre on Panton Street in the West End, running from 6 April 1979 until 13 September 1980, closing the play’s initial run of 2,960 performances. After occasional productions in the early 1980s, the play was revived at the Theatre Royal, Hanley tour (1984) & still is performed regularly in the UK.

Play description
Follows squeaky-clean sweethearts Brad and Janet on an adventure they’ll never forget, with the scandalous Frank N Furter, rippling Rocky and vivacious Magenta. Bursting at the seams with timeless classics, including ‘Sweet Transvestite’, ‘Damn It Janet’ and, of course, the pelvic-thrusting ‘Time Warp’, Get ready for a night of fun, frolics and frivolity. This is the boldest bash of them all, so fish out the fishnets, buff up your basque and sharpen those stilettos for the rockiest ride of your life! Don’t dream it – be it!
