“There are only prelim sketches. She always denied it but the other designs found their way into Mme R’s archives. The set designs at least has since been reproduced with her permission. I got a fee of #20.00 which with all the designs thrown in wasn’t over generous even in 1960. ‘I have coffee and sandwiches for my dancers only, I am too poor to feed my designer also’. I recovered the existing parts of the model from Delanny the scene painter” Ralph Adron
