Fanny Robertson

Born in 1768 Frances Mary Ross a daughter of the actor William Ross. Married actor and theatre manager Thomas Shaftoe Robertson(1765–1831), on his death she inherited the theatre company aka Mrs T Robertson. On her retirement her nephew William Shaftoe Robertson succeeded her. She died in Wisbech in 1855. Relations include the playwright TW Robertson and Dame Madge Kendal nee Robertson.
