The Rocky Horror Show
3rd West End Revival – This production, which opened in the West End without previews as part of a major regional tour, was billed as ‘The New Rocky Horror Show – 25 Years Young’. "This silver anniversary production was billed as The New Rocky Horror Show. But still reassuringly familiar to many members of the audience who danced, sang along and, pre-empted the dialogue. Many of whom must have spent hours getting ready, squeezing themselves into fishnets and basques… , a symbol of daring to be different…. Twenty-five years on, the problem for Christopher Malcolm’s production is that it is older generation who make up a lot of the audience – Trying to re-live thier youth!
