- To production of Old Dutch, by Victor Herbert, Edgar Smith, and George V. Hobart, Herald Square Theater, Manhattan, New York City., November 1909 - February 1910: “This was Helen Hayes first appearance on the New York stage.”
- To production of Havana, by George Arthurs, Adrian Ross, and Leslie Stuart, Casino Theatre, New York, started February 1909: “In July 1909, the New York Daily Tribune described a ‘theatrical incident’ when, following an objection by The Gerry Society, Bobby Fuehrer was removed from the production of Havana and replaced by a midget actor called James Rosen. The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.”
- To Tom Arnold Ltd production of Over the Moon, by Vivian Ellis, Davis Theatre, Croydon, 23rd December 1953 - 9th January 1954: “This production ran nightly at 7.30 with some matinees at 2.30. I have original programme for this production with photographs of scenes – price sixpence. The photographs do not necessarily reflect the cast that played this theatre as it was a touring production. As a revue, cast members were named in the programme, but sometimes there were no character names in each song or sketch as often they appeared as themselves, to sing, for example or as ‘the company’. For example – Opener by Vivian Ellis – ‘Over The Moon’ featured Denny Bettis, June Laverick, Peter Felgate, Aud Johansen Pam Marmont, Denise Walker, Thorley Walters and Cicely Courtneidge. Most expensive seat was in the Royal Circle at 8/6 (8 shillings & sixpence)”
