Game for Two or More Players
This specific production does not yet have a description, but the play itself does:
World Premiere
A cautionary comedy about the strange liaison between an autocratic old lady and her “adopted” son.
There are ironic twists to their private charades, and one GAME in particular becomes the main conflict of the play. The other three members of the cast become curiously involved. There is Maurice, an Army Recruiting Officer with a skeleton to hide – a nurse who knows more than she pretends. The boy’s girlfriend gets too close for comfort and “voices” from the past weave an intriguing pattern. The dominating, powerful role of the old lady was specially written for Sonia Dresdel.
