Women of Twilight
Like the 1954–55 tour of this play, this brief reprise came with an ‘Adults Only’ warning and was erroneously advertised as ‘the Actual London Production’.
Hilary Band and Myrtle Vincent, mentioned at Nottingham, appear to have been replaced by Cordelia Crawshaw and Hilda Marvin in Sunderland.

Play description
“First presented in 1951 and filmed the following year, Sylvia Rayman’s WOMEN OF TWILIGHT is a hard-hitting ‘all-women play’ in which unmarried mothers are ruthlessly exploited by an unscrupulous, baby-farming landlady.” – 11F publicity, 2013–14
