This musical spectacular / cabaret started off as “I” and started previews on the 16^th March 1983 and was scheduled to open on the 22^nd March 1983. It was beset with problems and was withdrawn before its official opening. It underwent massive re-staging and emerged in June under the title “Y” and was much more successful.
