Observations

I played Antonio’s page boy in this production. Two of my brothers were also in the show, one as the kings son and another as a page. I has a short speech at the end of one scene and sang three songs.
On the night of the full dress rehearsal the king had a heart attack and had to be replaced in the production.
Loved working with Alan, a really kind and professional performer.
One night he mixed up his lines with Hamlet which he was performing on alternate nights. Off stage he asked “Do you think they noticed?!?” amid a fit of giggles.
