Hang Up the Moon
‘Hang Up the Moon’ is an interactive performance piece that explores themes of culture, human connection, and ‘otherness’, and how to bridge the differences it can create. After eight months of teaching and busking around the world, director/creator Melanie Closs will meet with other collaborators in Edinburgh. Their work will be blended with Melanie’s experiences over the course of an intensive rehearsal process. The end result is a brand new collaborative piece which will not only be shared with the audience, but will also encourage them to participate and share experiences of their own.
