Circus of Shadows
‘Circus of Shadows’ is a selection of fragments from the darkest corners of theatre. Through a collection of monologues and duologues we explore morality through the eyes of archetypal heroes and villains. This is a cabaret of threat, of menace and of vicious intent, led by a macabre ringmaster who accompanies the audience through this murky underworld. Harnessing the shadiest recesses of villainy, ‘Circus of Shadows’ delves into a world of sinister thoughts and dark minds. These are stories of deception, betrayal and hatred, stories of danger and intrigue, from the murkiest nooks of our theatrical history.
