The Threepenny Opera

EUSOG return this year after two very successful Fringe 2009 sell-out shows (‘Rent’ and ‘The Pirates of Penzance’) to perform the Brecht and Weill collaboration, ‘The Threepenny Opera’. Join them in the dark and corrupt streets of Victorian London where notorious criminal Macheath (Mack the Knife) leads an immoral gang of thieves. EUSOG’s version of this highly stylised and satirical musical puts a fresh spin on the show, living up to their outstanding reputation for staging, acting and singing. ‘The cast members shine; a superb performance’ (ThreeWeeks, 2009).
