Don’t Call Us We’ll Call You

Queen Mary Theatre Company presents ‘Don’t Call Us We’ll Call You’, a new play written by Tom Machell. The play deals with the relatives of those serving in conflicts abroad, particularly their obsession with news of their loved ones. The play centres on the phone and the characters’ relationships with it. Addressing how this phone, with its heightened sense of meaning, becomes an object of hate, fear, desire and even lust! Queen Mary Theatre Company are an experienced student-run troupe with 16 years Edinburgh Fringe experience.
