Remnants of Once Fine Girls
World premiere! Winner of Channel 4’s ‘The Radio Play’s the Thing’ competition, Stephen Todd’s new work, written for Louche Theatre and performed by a cast of seven women, explores the pressures aid-workers experience, juggling their humanitarian work with their personal lives. It’s the story of Sarah, who works for MSF in Darfur. A tragic death brings her home, but disturbs the sense of who she really is. A thought-provoking, questioning and engrossing story of humanity. ‘Louche Theatre exemplify the best, their standards are very high’ (Theatre-Wales.co.uk).
