Looking Between
Dynamic contemporary choreography. Shaded Voice return with two new works. Follow the poignant story of a woman wrestling with heartache who finds solace in the people around her. ‘Haec Mulier’ is an uplifting piece based on a short story. In ‘The Iron Cage’ we see how human potential is limited whilst trapped in systems; striving for individual power is seductive and perilous. Under a blanket of rules dictating our positions within society, everything we do is just a means to an end. These two unique styles combine exhilarating movement and stirring artistry to create truly striking performances.
