Edge

A tower block roof: A young man stands on the edge. A young woman looks on. As the drama unfolds, he appears to come to terms with his difficulties. She, however, begins to slip into fantasies and her fixation with death sounds a warning note. At the Fringe for the first time, this emotionally charged one-act play by Ron Nicol deals with the difficult subject of teenage suicide. It is performed by two members of the National Youth Theatre in aid of Childline.
