The Mating Game
Revised version of a play originally presented at Bromley in 1967, under the title AS LONG AS IT’S WARM (qv).
In subsequent productions, Charles Hawtrey’s caretaker character – described in the Surrey Advertiser (27th June 1969) as “a domestic of indeterminate sex” – was changed back to the cleaning lady, Mrs Finney, who had appeared in AS LONG AS IT’S WARM.
