Survivorship – To Cancer and Beyond
FINTY WILLIAMS will star in this powerful and inspiring production written and co-produced by Monica Price telling the story of five women surviving breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, bowel cancer and childhood leukaemia. As their stories unfold you will be taken on a uplifting journey that will leave you moved by tears and laughter as we see their strengths, humour, despair and sheer will to take back control of their lives.
Malvern St James Singers will be performing throughout the play under the wonderful direction of Lynne Linder and pianist Malcolm Forbes-Peckham, and will be brought to an exhilarating end by the performance of the song ‘I Will Survive’ composed by Phil Mountford and lyrics by Monica Price.
