As the Mother of a Brown Boy

A mother remembers the life, and sudden death, of her mixed heritage son and his struggle for identity in a multi-racial society. Brought to you by Chickenshed, this critically-acclaimed production combines dance, physical theatre, music and multimedia and was nominated for two awards at Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2007. Thursday night’s performance will feature an after show discussion in association with INQUEST, the campaigning charity which supports the families of people who have died in custody.
