Miss Julie

`I have not seen a better staging of Strindberg`s `Miss Julie than the Internationalist Theatre production at the Sir Richard Steele ––`The Stage` (Uk) RB Marriott
This is the second production by what was previously called New Internationalist Theatre under the banner of Internationalist Theatre, founded by Angelique Rockas.
What was also unique to this production was the breaking of casting cliches regarding the part of Miss Julie , played by the Latin looking , and short Angelique Rockas. Jo Stanley of the Morning Star is impressed by the depth and `huge dimensions ` that Ms Rockas brings to her interpretation of Miss Julie with her ` original ` performance.

This production is included in Michael Robinson`s An International Annotated Bibliography of Strindberg Studies 1870–2005 {see E12:1378 }
