The Romantic Young Lady
This specific production does not yet have a description, but the play itself does:
This comedy centres around the young Rosario, who has fallen in love with the unknown author of a book she is reading. Her life begins to be exciting when a straw hat is blown through the window, one evening, followed by its retrieving owner – the author of her dreams. The play is full of humour and well-drawn characters.
Gregorio Martinez-Sierra was born in Madrid in 1881 and devoted his career to writing for the theatre.
