Madame Sherry

This first English version was adapted by C E Hands and Adrian Ross. Otto Harbach and Karl Hoschna used this version as the basis of their 1910 New York production although it was much altered in setting and characters with the addition of songs by other writers.

Based on the original German production by Benno Jacobson, Maurice Ordonneau, Paul Burani and Hugo Felix first presented at the Centraltheater Berlin in 1902.
