This specific production does not yet have a description, but the play itself does:

Based on the film “Lili” adapted by Helen Deutsch from “The Man Who Hated People”, a short story by Paul Gallico. This short story was reworked into an unpublished short story and treatment called “The Seven Souls Of Clement O’Reilly”. A year after the film was made Mr Gallico expanded the story into a novella called “Love Of Seven Dolls”.

Observations

  1. On 18th February 2023 at 7:56 p.m., jeanlyon noted:

Shirley Landey nee Sands has been my friend for over 10 years. She had the most wonderful voice even into her eighties. Her song as Rosalie, It Was Always You, was sung inside the box while the magician put swords through.
