Stepping Out
Among the various cast changes across this lengthy run, three members of the original cast – Josephine Gordon, Peggy Phango and Sheri Shepstone – returned to their roles in mid-1986. Similarly, Cynthia Powell, from the second cast, returned in January 1987.
The characters Cheryl, Margaret and Sue were added soon after the West End opening but subsequently dropped.
