Half a Sixpence

“Cannock Wood and Gentleshaw Musical Society are proud to present the Midland premiere of the newly revised classic Half a Sixpence. A much loved musical based on the novel of “Kipps” by H.G.Wells, it’s a great rags to riches tale containing some of the best loved tunes found in musical theatre today, such as “If the rains got to pour”, “Flash, bang, wallop”, “I know what I am” and of course the title song “Half a Sixpence” made popular by the evergreen Tommy Steele. So grab a ticket early and enjoy a night of flash, bang, wallop with CWAGMS.”
