Gaslight
After a delay of six months, and with two cast changes, this production reappeared at London’s Vaudeville Theatre in June 1950 [qv].
“Sheffield Lyceum. Martyn Williams, stage director of GAS LIGHT, stepped in for Dennis Price when he was taken ill on Monday. Rosamund John also rose to the occasion well. Mr Williams gave a gripping portrayal.” – ‘In the Provinces’, The Stage 1st December 1949 (page 9)
