Thieves Carnival
This production was advertised as THIEVES CARNIVAL, rather than using the customary title THIEVES’ CARNIVAL. It was staged either side of a ballet presentation by the Bristol School of Dancing (18th and 19th May) and the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School’s annual show, CRIME AND PUNISHMENT (20th to 23rd May). In this intervening week the production transferred to the Arts Theatre, Cambridge.
