Murder Mistaken
Diana Dors left this tour on her doctor’s advice, having become pregnant. A scheduled week at Hull’s New Theatre (26th to 31st May) was cancelled, then the tour was reactivated on 9th June, with Mollie Sugden taking over.
Alan Lake, Dors’ husband, was advertised for the final three-week run at Windsor but, having strained his back on tour, was replaced by Michael Napier Brown.
