As You Like It
This production marked the fourth anniversary of the Overture Repertory Players, with guest artists Patricia Burke, Carol Marsh and Hugh Cross brought in specially. (‘At Worthing’, The Stage 10th June 1948, page 9.) The cast of 20 was supplemented by 12 local residents playing ‘ladies, wenches, lords, foresters, pages etc’.
