This production opened on 1st July 1981 at the Treasurer’s House, York.
At the Donmar Warehouse in 1983, it played in repertoire with four other ATC shows – QUIXOTE, THE PROVOKED WIFE, UBU and BERLIN/BERLIN. The complete season of five plays ran from 24th January to 16th April.
