Granville Theatre

Began life as the ‘Granville Concert Enclosure’ with a partial roof venue opened on Saturday 30th May 1914, upgraded in 1920 with an awning. A new roof and name ‘The Granville Concert Pavilion’ 1924. Closed during WW2 sustaining irreparable damage it was demolished after the war. Rebuilt, renamed and opened 21st June 1947 as the ‘Granville Theatre’. Closed in 2020 for a full refurbishment – opening May 2023 under new management ‘Westwood One Ltd.’
