Andrew Wolkowsky

He was husband of my mother’s cousin. Believe they met in concert troupe run by his father, a Russian emigre. Wife, Freda and children Nicholas and Sonia evacuated to us briefly in Worcs. He was in RAF, playing in band. He died quite young, in the Fifties. Freda lived on until the Nineties. I last saw Andrew in mid Fifties, when I stayed at their house in Hillingdon while going for interview at a London University
